Casa Cristina is a two-story apartment located in the picturesque village of Vezio, along the famous Sentiero del Viandante, ideal for hiking and nature lovers.
On the upper floor, there is a spacious terrace, a living area with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the lower floor, accessible via a comfortable internal staircase, you will find the bathroom with a shower and the sleeping area with a double bed.
The bedroom can be adapted to accommodate up to three single beds, depending on your needs.
The apartment is located in front of the restaurant Il Portichetto.
Among the included services, guests can enjoy breakfast, daily cleaning, and access to the swimming pool, hot tub, and solarium area at the “L’Ulivo” residence, just 200 meters away. The apartment is tidied up daily, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and soap replenishment. Linen is changed every three days.
Casa Cristina is the perfect retreat for those seeking a comfortable and functional accommodation, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Il sentiero del viandante and Varenna
The Casa Cristina apartment enjoys a strategic position both for those who want to experience the glamorous charm of the small village of Vezio, above Varenna, and for lovers of nature and trekking, being exactly along one of the most fascinating nature trails and rich in Lake Como “The Path of Viandante “ .
A few steps away, moreover, you can admire the Vezio Castle where from its terraces overlooking the lake, you can admire the famous Bellagio with its sunsets to leave you breathless.
By car
Follow the signs for Pusiano and then for Lecco along the SS36.
After Lecco, take the first exit for Abbadia Lariana and continue on the road to the lake. Once in Varenna, turn left towards Varenna center and cross the town. At the bridge, turn right to Esino Lario and, after a few hairpin bends, turn right again to Vezio / Castello di Vezio.
It is not possible to arrive in front of the hotel entrance by car, click below to reach the parking lot closest to the Portichetto, where you can leave your car.
A parking card will be provided at check-in.

By public transport
The closest train station to Hotel Il Portichetto is Varenna-Esino-Perledo .
Once you arrive at the station you can take a taxi that takes you directly to Vezio or you can walk (50 minutes on foot so we suggest you take a taxi if you have a lot of suitcases)
If you arrive from Como, Bellagio or Menaggio you can take the boat or the ferry that arrives in Varenna. From the landing stage we suggest you book a taxi.
